What Pool Pipe Relining Involves
Relining repairs a pipe without removing it. Once the faulty line is identified and cleaned, we either apply an epoxy coating through the inside of the pipe, sealing pinholes and weeping joints as it cures, or pull a resin-saturated liner into position and cure it hard against the pipe wall. Both leave a continuous new inner pipe with the leak sealed behind it.
Pool circuits fail in predictable ways: solvent-weld joints let go, ground movement stresses long buried runs, and hard winters find any water left standing in the line. Because the pipes run under surrounds, patios and lawns, digging them up creates a second bill, the reinstatement, that often costs more than the pipe. Relining removes both bills at once.
We are honest about the limits. A collapsed, crushed or badly deformed pipe cannot be lined, and for those we quote a single precise excavation instead, guided by the detection work so only the failed section is touched.

How a Reline Works
Camera Inspection and Testing
Each line is isolated and put under pressure and vacuum testing, then a small camera travels the pipe to show the fault directly and confirm the line is sound enough to reline.
Epoxy Coating
For lines with scattered minor defects and weeping joints, an epoxy resin is applied through the pipe interior, coating the wall and sealing the faults as it cures.
Pulled-in-Place Resin Liner
For localised failures, a resin-saturated liner is pulled into position, pressed against the pipe wall and cured, forming a new structural pipe within the old one.
